21st Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

18th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

24th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Worst experience ever But ever ever Seriously I don't understand and i can't believe how they still in the market with they type of attitude and with zero professionalism Not helpful at all in all manners They think the clients needs them , Instead their need clients, and they think they are the bosses I'd prefer to stay homeless instead choosing them The manager called Gary was selective and unhelpful at all for everything He looks like the person who smiles in front of your face, butttt ........

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

His communication is brilliant, - he gave weekly check-ins on the progress of my flat sale and responded super quickly whenever I messaged/emailed. He was always honest and realistic with me and great at managing expectations. Once a buyer was secured he was amazing at chasing solicitors on both sides to ensure progress was being made and always kept me informed throughout if he received information before me. I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent and I’d recommend him extremely highly to anyone starting their sales journey.
