   I have just completed on my new property bought through Barton Fleming in Bicester. From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had.    A great experience working with James and the team. James sold us our house 10 years ago and after talking to a few agents, we knew Cridlands were the right people to manage our sale. Despite a bit of a difficult and frustrating market, James kept us sane with good advice on the state of the market, recommendations for strategy and when we needed to be realistic on price.<br><br>His experience and skill were very valuable in helping us manage the process from accepting an offer to completion -his regular communications with (and chasing of) all parties smoothed the process and kept things moving.    Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered.     The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.... Read more

    I had no property viewings and ended the contract. Communication was poor, with promised weekly updates not being made and the excuses for not being able to generate interest in my house were ridiculous. For example my village doesn't have a train station! Not proactive in anyway, asking me for suggestions as to what they could do, to do their job. Expected the online platforms to do all the work....
