27th Mar 2025 (4 weeks ago)We completed with this estate agent in February, nearly two and half years we have been trying to sell our house and Janis at the Hagley branch has been brilliant, we lost the first property we were buying with them but managed to secure another and we have to say that she has worked so hard for us, she even chased the company for the lease, thank you Janis and the team I can’t praise you enough. I would use the Hagley branch again, the amount of hard work that went into our sale/purchase and they never faltered.

6th Aug 2020 (4 years ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone. A big thank you to all at the Kinver office. Billy Pooler

We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Their communication has been excellent, ensuring we had all facts and queries immediately, and didnt shy aware from our queries. Nikki worked extremely hard, especially as at times it was a complicated chain, but still she was positive, proactive and didn't hide away. Thank you so much for all your help ladies. 100% would recommend you both.

Always very quick to respond to queries and issues, reliable and were never overbearing. Overall a very pleasant renting experience through Hayden Estates.
9th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)Good that they keep getting new properties, but bad in terms of updating the website. Please stay active in this as well. Because you always ask the client to go to the website to check. But you never update the website on time.
9th Apr 2025 (18 days ago)No communication at all from them. They are a company that only care about money. Have previously had to get council health and safety involved for them to do something. Have sent not gas safe engineer to cap gas. Now fighting to get deposit back. Don't bother using them.

I can not thank all the office staff enough highly recommended to anyone they kept me updated every step of the way polite and helpful the service was excellent ..... I'm very grateful to all the staff
