4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.
6th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office. It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email. Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries. Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn. I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone. A big thank you to all at the Kinver office. Billy Pooler
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Dealt with various Estate Agents, but PTN and Sarah are prompt, effective and have high knowledge on how Sales and Lettings should be conducted. If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the selling process and Lee Shaw provided an excellent professional service. Keeping us fully informed and up to date of developments.I would use them again to sell our property.

8th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)We were with Taylors for 12 weeks until we decided to leave due to having only one viewing. We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Where do I start? Working with Lin and Sara has been absolutely wonderful. They are the best at finding homes that met all of your requirements. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

12th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Our first mistake was to be talked into using their in-house solicitors because "it would be more efficient and it would be easier to contact them to follow up queries". The buyers also used the same firm of solicitors. It took 4 months for them to sell the property from when the offer was accepted to when we actually exchanged contracts. This included almost a month to verify our identities because we had to use a portal that wasn't fit for purpose. As there was no upward chain and we were selling to first-time buyers it should have taken half this time. The photographs on the brochure were good but we had to edit the captions because of the number of errors in it. We had to conduct the viewings ourselves because staff were unavailable. The property wasn't displayed in the window, and when I asked why I was told that "no-one looks in the window!" After the property was on the market for 2 weeks, they wanted to lower the asking price. Some emails were sent in error - one regarding the sale of another property! Weeks would pass without any progress having been made. Communication was very poor (during this time the buyers had 3 different solicitors handling their purchase) and we were never sure that the buyers were still interested in purchasing the house. Even the day before we completed they were asking for documents verifying my husband's identity! The whole experience was very stressful and the delays proved costly to us. The service we received from AP Morgan was not worth the fee charged.

21st Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Great estate agents.from start to finish.Ajmil was dealing with my house and would do viewings all weekend plus in the week nothing was to much trouble.We stayed in contact every other day.would highly recommend him worked very hard on selling my house.

3rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Excellent service and communication from the first meeting to completion. Stan and team updated us on progress throughout the process and liaised with our solicitors and the buyers solicitors seamlessly. If I need to buy or sell again I will be using Re/max
27th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Called into the new Remax office in the high street as I had recently inherited my father’s house. The house was in a bad way and needed a lot doing. I told this to Stan who assured me that he could find a buyer for me with no problem- in the current market I was sceptical about this, having been told by multiple different estate agents exactly the same thing. Stan came out to see the property and gave me a figure higher than I had in mind, and slightly above what the other agents had said. He then told me he had a cash buyer ready and waiting. Fast forward 2 days, before he’d even taken marketing photographs he’s done a viewing, and got me a cash offer above what I was expecting / hoping. The sale then went through a breeze, with Stan & the team keeping me updated multiple times per week. From the valuation to completion took under 3 weeks. I cannot praise this company enough. They’re new round here, but my god they know what they’re doing! Super friendly, super knowledgeable and results speak for themselves. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THESE GUYS THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!! Thank you again remax for everything, when I next need to sell I won’t bother going anywhere else!
