1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES FROM RAYNERS COMMERCIAL<br>BIG ROARS FOR RAYNERS- THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE !!!<br><br>I cannot recommend Rayners Commercial in Reigate highly enough. Wendy and Chris have been absolutely fantastic in helping me secure the right commercial premises for my new business.<br>From the moment I identified the property, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They arranged multiple viewings, were incredibly flexible, and were always on hand to answer questions and keep me informed. A special mention must go to Wendy, who was consistently accessible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile.<br>What really impressed me was the personal level of service. They even negotiated access to the property before the lease was completed, allowing me to make sure it was suitable for the therapeutic work we provide with families and children. They also negotiated a phased approach to the costs, which was extremely helpful as a new business, and arranged for me to meet directly with the landlord so I could explain the work we are doing in the community.<br>Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening, understood the legal and practical requirements, and felt completely supported.<br>Rayners Commercial genuinely go the extra mile. 25th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I had the misfortune to be a tenant in one of the properties now let by DBLS. I had lived there happily for 5 years before they took over the letting contract. Within 1 year I was evicted with 8 weeks notice. This was through no wrong doing in my behalf but because they decided they could get a higher rent with a new tenant. They had tried to increase my rent by 20% in the December, to this I pointed out that the flat was riddled with damp and that an increase of this amount to a good tenant at that particular time of year was unfair - they agreed to a 5% increase. However a situation was quickly manufactured by the owner of DBLS which triggered the eviction - when I confronted him about this there was no denial regarding his actions. My family and I had months of utter hell and it was all due to this company. So, if you are an unscrupulous landlord looking for tenants that you can screw over DBLS are your company. If you are a tenant looking for a property - don’t touch them with a barge pole!
