1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

19th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I’ve had mixed experiences with this agency. Garry seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I’ve often had to chase for replies. Emails sometimes go unanswered, and when calling about a property, my details weren’t taken, so I wasn’t sure how seriously the enquiry was being handled. A bit more responsiveness and simple confirmations of received messages would make a big difference to customer confidence. The company names Essex Prime Residential and Surrey Prime Residential also caused a bit of confusion, as they appear to be the same business. Overall, there’s potential here, but they do need to tighten up communication. If I use this agent again in the future and see improvements, I’ll happily update my review.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
11th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Trilogy in partnership with Burns & Webber sold me a property off plan in Godalming. They really sold me the dream. The show flat was impeccable and they talked of a really special, high quality build. Fast forward close to 8 months (on a build that I was told was 2-3 months from complete), and after more lies and missed deadlines than I can count, I finally got the keys this week. The flat is basically uninhabitable, the list of incomplete work and snags is extensive and there are genuine health and safety issues too. The finish in general is frankly poor, and not anywhere near the quality that I was promised. I have basically been homeless for the last 2 months because of the missed deadlines, and it looks like that will continue a while longer while I argue with the Developers to try to get the flat close to something that is acceptable. Just avoid Trilogy altogether is my advice. Start to finish, the experience has been dreadful.

21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES FROM RAYNERS COMMERCIAL<br>BIG ROARS FOR RAYNERS- THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE !!!<br><br>I cannot recommend Rayners Commercial in Reigate highly enough. Wendy and Chris have been absolutely fantastic in helping me secure the right commercial premises for my new business.<br>From the moment I identified the property, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They arranged multiple viewings, were incredibly flexible, and were always on hand to answer questions and keep me informed. A special mention must go to Wendy, who was consistently accessible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile.<br>What really impressed me was the personal level of service. They even negotiated access to the property before the lease was completed, allowing me to make sure it was suitable for the therapeutic work we provide with families and children. They also negotiated a phased approach to the costs, which was extremely helpful as a new business, and arranged for me to meet directly with the landlord so I could explain the work we are doing in the community.<br>Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening, understood the legal and practical requirements, and felt completely supported.<br>Rayners Commercial genuinely go the extra mile. They are professional, efficient, approachable and, above all, they really care about getting the right outcome for their clients.<br>Thank you to Wendy, Chris and the whole Rayners team for all your support. 25th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I had the misfortune to be a tenant in one of the properties now let by DBLS. I had lived there happily for 5 years before they took over the letting contract. Within 1 year I was evicted with 8 weeks notice. This was through no wrong doing in my behalf but because they decided they could get a higher rent with a new tenant. They had tried to increase my rent by 20% in the December, to this I pointed out that the flat was riddled with damp and that an increase of this amount to a good tenant at that particular time of year was unfair - they agreed to a 5% increase. However a situation was quickly manufactured by the owner of DBLS which triggered the eviction - when I confronted him about this there was no denial regarding his actions. My family and I had months of utter hell and it was all due to this company. So, if you are an unscrupulous landlord looking for tenants that you can screw over DBLS are your company. If you are a tenant looking for a property - don’t touch them with a barge pole!
