We were very pleased with the service that was provided, dedication and professionalism shown by all the team. We were unfortunate to lose our first buyer but Hamptons swiftly replaced with an even more suitable buyer. It's been a difficult market politically however this did not affect the performance of Hamptons, our trusted estate agent. We would have no hesitation in recommended their service to our friends and family.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Rocco was very polite, patient, helpful, supportive and attentive to my daughter and I. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would highly recommend him.
25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
8th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

21st Apr 2026 (14 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

I phoned up in the afternoon to get through to Nigel. House buying can come across as a bit of a lottery. Nigel made the process easy, because he has a warm, friendly, funny and helpful character. After the viewing, I registered my keen interest in the property. We maintained contact while i was waiting to sell. I can honestly say that i would never have got the house without his help. Overall, he is an excellent estate agent that I can recommend with absolute confidence. Would also like to give a big shout out to Lewis, Dane, Rosie, Tamsin for professionalism and hard work getting us over the line. So greatful. Many Thanks. Buy with Cubitt and West with confidence. Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in.
