We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

We sold and bought a property through them, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage, and their level of service was impeccable. We also used their solicitors’ service, which was equally superb – everything handled promptly and professionally. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Five-star service with a genuine personal touch – Christine and Alex simply can’t be beaten! And to top it all off, they offered the most competitive pricing on the market. Thank you, Elmhirst Parker, for making what could have been a stressful time an absolute pleasure!
6th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have been extremely happy with the excellent service from Tom Brooks at Stephensons Estate Agents . From our first meeting I found Tom to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable . We instructed Tom to help sell our late parents bungalow . This property had its challenges , however Tom did much research and found solutions along the way . He kept us fully informed at all times and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed . Tom was always available to speak to at any time of the day which I found very reassuring. I would highly recommend using Tom at Stephensons to sell your property.

We were updated at every stage, even when we encountered a few disappointments, the ladies were there to reassure us. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, but the person who truly made the sale seamless was Phoebe. She was outstanding throughout — proactive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive at every stage. Not only did they achieve £10,000 above the original valuation, but Phoebe dealt brilliantly with the issues caused by the buyer’s solicitor, keeping everything on track and taking a huge amount of stress off me. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, and I always felt confident that my sale was in the best possible hands. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend both Phoebe and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

The whole team were professional and helpful from start to finish but a special mention has to go to James. His communication was amazing. He kept us updated on what was happening in the chain and provided clarity when no one else could . He was patient and reassuring during a really stressful time and always made time for us, replying to phone calls or emails immediately. If we ever need an estate agent again, we will definitely be using Beadnall Copley. Highly recommend!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

It is a very difficult and sensitive time for me and the staff at Park Row have shown compassion and sensitivity towards me at all times. I would highly recommend them.

2nd Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again
