19th Nov 2024 (22 weeks ago)Our third experience of working with Simon and the Hook team in the last 7 years. For the third time, it was plain sailing and all went to plan. Simon was always on the end of the phone/email if needed. Wouldn't use any other estate agent in Hook and cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough.

Your attentiveness and clear communication made the process significantly less stressful, and we are beyond grateful to now be settling into our dream home!

15th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)!! Avoid them at any cost !! They are the most unorganised, unprofessional and the rudest agency I have ever been with, they have left us without a shower for over 3 months, the lied about the property being professionally cleaned, all they care about is money! Lesley and Rob their head of lettings are the people that we have been dealing with, Rob was lying through his teeth to get us into the property, these people don’t have any respect for their tenants! And now since we left the property they are causing so many issues it’s actually an utter joke.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
10th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 27th Mar 2025 (28 days ago)We where having no luck finding anywhere. When we found places we never heard back from them until we got in touch with henwick properties they were really good. Connie replied to our emails very quickly and helped us find somewhere. Was really good at booking viewings last minute to fit around us. Happily showed us around same properties twice at different times to make sure we sure about it. She made a very stressful time a lot easier for us So thank you very much for all your help

15th Apr 2025 (9 days ago)From start to finish both Jamie and Katy fully supported me to sell my mums house. Jamie was really helpful after my mum died and I needed the house valued for probate. He then waited patiently for me to feel ready to put it up for sale. During the sale Jamie guided me through everything and both him and Katy did many house viewings, always caring for the property too. They then supported me and the buyers throughout the legal process and kept me fully informed speaking to both solicitors to keep things going. Jamie's recommendation for a solicitor was spot on they did a great job too. I couldn't have asked for a better service and highly recommend Right Choice to sell or buy your house through.
