Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

Taylor, Niki, and Kyra each played a key part in making the process smooth, organised, and keeping me informed. Their communication was clear, their professionalism was consistent, and they were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find an estate agency team that feels genuinely supportive, but Leaders delivered exactly that. I felt well looked after from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient service.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.

3rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.<br><br>We instructed White & Brooks to sell our home and, over a 20-week sole agency period, we had just four viewings and not a single offer. Throughout the process, I felt there was a real lack of proactive strategy. The weekly update calls often felt like they were made simply because they had to be (if they were made at all), rather than providing any meaningful feedback or a clear plan to improve interest.<br><br>My biggest frustration was the lack of leadership. As estate agents, I expected them to advise us, adapt the marketing strategy when things clearly weren't working and take ownership of generating interest. Instead, it felt like we were left waiting for something to happen.<br><br>To make matters worse, after our contract had ended I received a phone call regarding the return of our keys, and the member of staff I spoke to was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It left a very poor final impression and confirmed that moving to another agent was the right decision.<br><br>Every property sale is different, and I appreciate that no agent can guarantee a buyer. However, I would expect good communication, proactive marketing and professionalism throughout the process. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with White & Brooks, and I wouldn't choose to use them again.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Steven Buchan my mortgage advisor . This has been a very long and stressful time. Sold my property once and Steven has been amazing. I met Steven when he was working in the Lancing Branch.This is my first time selling and buying a property on my own. Steven took me under his wing and guided me through the whole process of applying for a new mortgage. Unfortunately my sale fell through. I have had to start all over again . And even though Steven has moved to Bognor Regis he has honoured my mortgage deal. I have now resold my place and found my new forever home. Once again Steven has got me a great mortgage. His communication throughout this whole process has been fantastic. I highly recommend him ????????????

She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
