Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. Highly recommended!

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Selling my late father’s house was never going to be an easy process, but Briggs were excellent from start to finish.<br>Unfortunately, the sale fell through twice before we finally succeeded on the third attempt. We were very unlucky with the first two sales collapsing, but throughout the process, Briggs remained understanding, patient and supportive.<br>Communication was consistently clear and concise, and any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. I really appreciated their continued efforts and understanding, particularly given the setbacks and the additional work involved in getting the sale over the line.<br>I was genuinely pleased that we were finally able to complete the sale with Briggs after all their hard work and perseverance. They provided an excellent service during what was a difficult and often frustrating time for our family.<br>I would highly recommend Briggs to anyone looking to sell their property.
