6th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)We rented with 1st Fields for almost 8 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Any issues we had were immediately addressed and communication was always prompt. If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x
6th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was referred to William H Brown after a good experience with Bagshaws. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. They charged me a "1% but fixed" fee for the sale (5k +VAT). They then listed my house for 475k. When I realised this I asked how the fee was calculated, they failed to provide details yet insisted it was "based on 475k". So they are actively trying to rip off their customers or can't do basic math. Ive cancelled and moved to another agent and halved my fee. Would not recommend.

Andrew (sales progressor) never heard of his role - yet now i have been dealing with Andrew - all estate agents should have this role, to keep things (progressing) and smooth for all involved. Thanks to you all. No wonder there are now so many Redbrik signs around my end - i will recommend. Sarah

However, I firmly believe it would have taken a lot longer if Lincoln Ralph had not proactively frequently liaised with all parties involved to push the process on to a satisfactory conclusion. 27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Thank you to Andrea, Liz and the team at Dinnington for all your help, support, patience and perseverance whilst dealing with the sale of a loved ones property. It was a very lengthy process due to shared ownership but that was nothing to do with Reeds Rains who were excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this amazing team who absolutely did there best for us at all times, whilst working hard to quickly sort out any unexpected hold ups which cropped up and also for keeping us informed all the way through.
