I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.... I find it hard to describe the love and respect I have for Lincoln Ralph. We was on the market last year for 7 months with a different estate agent and couldn’t sell our house. With Lincoln Ralph, sold in two days at the asking price. The whole team, Michael, Anthony, Graham, Nikki- absolutely outstanding. We have a stable future thanks to this team, a good estate agent makes a difference and honestly if they asked me to pay double I would have done it! Special thank you to Michael, who single handed kept our chain running and moving forward. He made sure others stuck to deadlines, constantly chasing them to get a move on.
