Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".... Read more

I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much.
