Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.
23rd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Great service from start to finish all staff were very helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process, when problems arose they were quickly sorted out with help from Millie , Caitlyn and especially Alisha who was a god send at times , whilst dealing with our sale, l would highly recommend Pygott & Crone for anyone wishing to sell there property.

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
28th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Went to view a property and met a gentleman called David absolutely lovley guy love the the property explained my situation as I was looking for rented accommodation due to marital divorce etc no other estate agents understud the fact that ive been homeless and had savings and wouldn't except me but David listened and went back to the office and explained to the lady who dealing with that property and can confirm after been homeless since the 18 may it feels good thankyou all for your help there David<br>And not forgetting<br>Becky
