6th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Contacted about a viewing on a commercial property in Skegness, firstly they are near impossible to get through onto a phone constant awnser phone, so then email them, said I’d want to view on a Friday as that’s the only days I’m available, they replied saying they can do a Thursday…. I replied again saying I can only do Fridays and a week has past now with no response, I’ll be avoiding brown-co from now on. Waste of time very poor service.
23rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)They were good in all fairness. I ended up part exchanging my house for a new one so never actually sold. The staff there were very helpful and friendly however.

28th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Our house took a long time to receive an offer. This may have been due to us but we felt later on that they did not qualify the potential buyers very well and we also had to chase them at times.
9th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I contacted Saffron Naylor in the Maintenance Dept to request that a contractor be appointed to paint the window frames of my property. She engaged the contractor & supplied me with a quote which I accepted. She agreed to hold back rent money, plus I sent the difference by bank transfer to cover the full costs of the job. The work was carried out on Monday & I am pleased with how it looks & how Saffron has managed this. She is efficient, thoughtful & helpful and an asset to your business. 21st Jul 2026 (2 days ago)From the moment I met laura we got the vibe for how lovely she was! We just gelled really from her first house viewing we did altogether.. she was kind and attentive to our needs and thought we would suit the house which is still our top runner to the present day! We are hoping we will deal with Laura more during our house move as we know we will be well looked after!<br><br>I just wanted to mention too that Laura and Dawn come to do our evaluation on our property and were very kind , attentive especially with me as a mum of a 2.5 year old that was very tired and worn out on our first day of potty training … something I won’t forget it how they really cared about me and my little boy during the whole time they were here and really apologetic about taking up my time. My expectations were high and they delivered from the onset.<br>I can not recommend the team enough!<br>Their approach and communication was excellent.<br>Very pleased

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

They kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. Their dedication to providing outstanding service really stood out. I would highly recommend King and Co to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!
20th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Edit- The attached is the current situation at an Eddisons property on Swan Street. Eddisons 'do not wish to spend such sums' on a BIN so there are overflowing bins all around the entrance, bags being torn open by animals and residents can't open ground floor windows as it lets flies in. Eddison's suggestion? I'll send emails asking people to keep rubbish in their flats until before bin day, and people don't as they want rubbish out of their homes. So the rubbish in the street. No lack of urgency or rigour in response. Eddisons response below is 'I suggest you contact your landlord.' The 'landlord' response is 'we do not represent all parties so we cannot do anything regarding the shared areas which is up to Eddisons.' As the attached proves, Eddisons are the management company.

17th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
