3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I handed in our notice and ended up having to take the matter to court because of the overpaid rent and deposit. The whole process took around six months, and there’s still money outstanding.<br><br>At this point, I can’t be bothered spending more money on bailiffs to try and recover it. I’d rather focus on enjoying my new home and move on with my life.

1st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

I am a landlord of an apartment in Bletchley and following a small leak from a washing machine into the apartment below that was reported immediately on discovery ,he intercepted to prevent the block Management company Landswood from attempting to blame me unfairly as a reckless landlord and to extract money to repaint the partly discolored ceiling when they knew that this was fully covered by the insurance that I pay in my annual service charge ! Thank you Michael for applying your knowledge and experience to prevent an unethical practice by this uncaring Management outfit ! Peter

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

From my first viewing, to now being a few days away from completion, the team have been attentive, professional, accessible and able to answer my numerous questions. As a first time solo buyer the process has been very daunting but the team have really put me at ease and supported me through the whole process. A special shout out to Sam who has got me to this point, as well as other members of the team including Bobby and Tom. Thank you all! I would highly recommend the team at Alexander Lawrence and will definitely be approaching them when the time comes to sell.
