1st Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Our property wasn’t sold, we went modern auction method which is extremely confusing to clients and potential buyers . It looks as though we dropped the price majorly however the buyer has to pay the high auction fee which throws them out of the bidding as cannot afford the costs

5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I’m writing this after more than a year with MK Property and their subsidiary, Venture Residential, and the experience has grown genuinely positive over time. It took me a little while to settle into their way of working — emails, the repair portal, the accounts portal — especially as I was used to a single point of contact. But once I adjusted, everything became much easier. The team has been consistently kind, responsive, and reassuring. They keep me informed about any changes or issues with the property and take the stress of day?to?day management off my shoulders. A special mention to Julia, Kevin, and Sandeep, who have each been wonderfully supportive in their roles. I’m very comfortable recommending them.

I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Sam end to end has been just the absolute best and a huge asset to a wonderful team! Quite honestly every member of the team I've spoken to throughout the process from viewing a property - right through to completion and beyond has just flown way above expectations. They are for sure the most personable, reliable and friendly estate agents I've ever had dealings with (and I've dealt with many over the years). From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.
