I looked into their 15 Stratton Street address after seeing a listing on Zoopla and found it’s a virtual mailing address in a shared coworking building, not an actual branch. For a luxury property agency, I expect physical presence and transparency — finding out they have no dedicated premises undermined that trust. I prefer agencies where I can meet the team in person at their own office. Worth checking before you commit.... Read more
