She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made finding and securing a property feel quick and hassle-free. Everything was handled efficiently, and she kept me well-informed at each step, which made a big difference. Her friendly and approachable manner also made it easy to ask questions and get the support I needed. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to move forward with a property much faster than expected. I’d happily recommend Adele and Fuller Gilbert to anyone in need of a dependable and supportive letting agent.
10th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. So glad it worked out, and a particular thank you to Ali!

- 4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

24th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I warmly recommend Philip and his amazing team. We sold our home, rented and then finally bought a new home in the space of a year all through Philip Wooller. Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

I highly recommend using them, and if you I need to move again in the future they will be my first port of call. Thanks guys x

On both occasions both the letting team and selling team were very good keeping us informed and giving advice when asked for and advising on things we were not aware of. Would thoroughly recommend Murray’s for both selling and as a rental agency.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
