Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

18th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)We used them expecting the full Rolls Royce package. To get an open house to get the people through the door. Sold a high end package with a high end price. Went from Rolls Royce to a Renault sharpish. Photos weren’t loaded and had to ask for them to be loaded. After a few weeks we had to go to the shop as the phones were going unanswered. We had not received reports of how we were doing in the market. Another unticked box. After 12 weeks we raised a complaint as nobody reached out to us. And then promises they would do a video and do more canvassing. We had 10 people who clicked more info to book an appointment. Nobody came through the door. No viewings. No contact. We decided to pull house from market.

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
