1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Fodens did a great job of selling our property at a competitive price. When choosing agents, Fodens showed far more engagement with the property than other local companies, who gave the impression that it was just another property. Jenny 'got' our quirky, character property and this enthusiasm was clear in the marketing material, and no doubt was evident during viewings. We were selling at distance, as this was a probate sale, so not the most straightforward circumstances, further complicated by the death of our mother mid-process. Jenny was very understanding and managed to keep this process as stress free as we could have wished. We never met Jenny in person but it didn't feel like it. Well done to her and the team at Fodens for driving this sale over the line so smoothly.

4th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Hunters made selling my property a smooth and stress free experience. Mark and Cherie were professional, supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. A real standout for me was that they handled all my viewings on my behalf as I wasn’t able to get to the vacant property due to work commitments-something I truley appreciated. They communicated every update big or small, promptly and dealt with any issues in a way that was considerate to both myself and the buyer. I would definitely recommend Hunters if you’re looking for a friendly, personal and highly professional estate agents.
20th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.
