11th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling experience with Tom Giles & Co regarding my viewing at 50 Bristnall Hall Road, Oldbury.<br><br>We agreed a specific appointment time in advance, but a staff member later called to change it completely. Worse still, she mistakenly shared another person’s personal details with me a serious breach of data protection and confidentiality.<br><br>She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had no basic manners. When I tried to discuss all these mistakes, she hung up on me mid-conversation.<br><br>Chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. They cannot manage appointments or protect personal information. I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to stay well away.

22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)When choosing Avon, communication between myself and Avon, and between Avon and potential buyers was top of my priority. The director was great and didn't great sales pitch. After that communication wasnt great, messages between staff weren't passed on. Information of who to contact after agreeing a sale wasnt clear and the 2 viewers who made offers came after my husband showed them around the house. All in all not the best experience from us. The team however are always polite and friendly.

The team have always been friendly, professional, and easy to contact whenever I've needed help or advice.<br>Any maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly, and communication throughout my tenancy has been clear and helpful. They've made the renting process straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciate.<br>I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property, and I'd like to thank the team for their support during my tenancy.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent
