Alice, in particular, was there at every step and detail , every day , making sure the sale went along smoothly. She coordinated all the conveyors , and ensured everybody was aware of stages of the process. Really impressive

8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

From start to finish, communication was always clear, prompt and reassuring, and everyone we dealt with was polite, kind, respectful and extremely accommodating. Selling a house can be stressful, but the whole process was handled with professionalism and genuine care, which made a huge difference to us. We always felt supported and kept informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We are very grateful for all the help we received and would wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell their home.

13th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I feel compelled to share my experience with Property Link, located at 448 Bordesley Green, B9 5NS, to warn others before considering their services. From the outset, the company demonstrates a lack of transparency and professionalism. Prospective clients are not given adequate time or support to properly review agreements before being pressured into signing contracts. Even more concerning, the fees charged prior to signing are excessively high and feel completely unjustified. Unfortunately, the situation does not improve once tenants move into the property. Any maintenance or repair issues are handled extremely poorly. Requests for repairs are either significantly delayed or outright ignored, leaving tenants in unacceptable living conditions. Communication is particularly frustrating, as calls and messages are frequently disregarded. The conduct of staff members is equally disappointing. Employees often come across as unapproachable, dismissive, and at times disrespectful. This creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported and undervalued. Overall, this company shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative property management services. Not trustworthy and not recommended.

I spent weeks chasing them to view a property and it was a nightmare and if your thinking of selling a property with these I’d reconsider your choices

22nd Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! It has been a really stressful situation but Ahmed made renting temporary accommodation easy.<br><br>From the outset he was welcoming, supportive and thorough. He explained everything clearly, was always quick to respond to any questions and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. He pays great attention to detail, ensuring that his properties are well maintained and the people living in them have a good experience.<br><br>Thank you, Ahmed, for everything you’ve done. We would happily recommend MAK Estates to anyone looking for a letting agent who is reliable, approachable and genuinely cares about their tenant’s experience.

They did absolutely nothing for us and wasted our time and lied out of their teeth. I will be reporting them to trading standards as they certainly don’t have any standards! In my opinion they have no professional standards.

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

They kept communication open at every stage, from preparing the listing and handling viewings.
