27th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. Thank you everyone for the great service.

I met Julie at the property and she showed me around and we had a good chat during the process. I explained my situation and I can’t say how relaxed and better I felt. Julie made me feel very relaxed and at ease. Unfortunately after Julie left I felt less supported, deniece and Robyn was very friendly and helpful<br><br>Apart from that I have no other positive comments and shall leave the review as is. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and a special thank you to Robert, who made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Robert was always friendly, professional and approachable. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter.
