31st May 2024 (2 years ago)We used GAP estate agent to sell our property. All the staff were friendly and excellent in their communication with us. Every query or matter was dealt with promptly. A special thanks to Laura and Jan who we mainly dealt with. Laura certainly went that extra mile to help wherever she could. We were also recommended a local couple for conducting viewings and they were excellent. Overall a very good experience and we would recommend GAP. Thank you.

21st Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.

26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

27th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I travelled from Poulton-le-Fylde to Stornoway to view a property they were representing. Upon arrival the ground floor of the property was undergoing substantial renovations, fundamentally changing the nature of the business. The purchase price was also not the listed price. When I was contacted for feedback by them I was told the owner just wanted to get some feedback and was thinking of taking it off the market. Thank you for making me drive over eight hours, take a ferry for 2 hours and 40 minutes, stay in a two hotels all at a considerable expense just to satisfy a whimsical owner. Very unprofessional. Not even a considered apology. Property has been subsequently unlisted after my feedback - too late for me unfortunately.

16th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

He was extremely professional, polite, supportive and everything was well taken care of from start to finish. Thanks to his great marketing strategy and hard work, our house sold much faster than we expected with a fantastic offer. The whole process was smooth,fast and stress-free. I moved to them after a really difficult experience with two larger letting companies, and the difference has been night and day.<br><br>I’ve dealt with Rachel throughout, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly, supportive and easy to deal with, always responds promptly and gets things sorted really quickly. I never feel like I’m having to chase or wonder what’s happening — if I have a question or an issue, Rachel deals with it and keeps me updated.<br><br>After my previous experiences, it’s been such a relief to have someone who is genuinely helpful, approachable and takes pride in providing a great service.<br><br>It’s also a great example of how a smaller, independent company can provide a much more personal service.<br><br>I’m so pleased I made the move to Roselea and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
