They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. Whenever repairs have been needed, she has gone above and beyond to organise them quickly and efficiently.<br><br>I also really appreciate her communication—she always keeps me fully informed every step of the way. It gives me great peace of mind knowing everything is being handled well. Highly recommend!"

13th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent Estate Agent, where the majority can't be bother to call back, lacked enthusiam & generally time wasting, Your Move was the exception. From the recepitionist to the Agents. Their politeness, and friendliness was outstanding.<br>A special mention must be for Laura Graham, who from the start was helpful, friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. She got it all organised, sorted within a week.<br>Highly recommend this company for all house moving.

23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Access to the castle island started again in 2026 (first time since 2019). There are still works going on to make to castle keep safe so sadly no way to see inside at the moment.<br>There's a £4.50 per person charge to get across on the boat - you pay at the kiosk by the car park & toilets. After a dry spell you can save some cash & get across the river by stepping stones hide but you will get wet feet.<br>I'm looking to seeing inside the castle - hopefully that will happen next year.

24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)We couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole selling experience with Stonefield. Right from the first visit from the very charming Lee( the valuer) we felt at ease . This was very important to us as we had a horrific experience with the sale of our last property and didn’t think we could trust an estate agent again. Also Lee reassured us that our sons complex medical needs would not be a problem and viewings would be accommodated around him which is exactly what happened.We were kept informed by the lovely Marie about every part of the process and reassured when I was getting stressed prior to the house going on the market.We sold with Marie about 18 years ago and knew she was the person we wanted to deal with our sale,Every member of the team were polite and pleasant to talk to and the results speak for themselves. 17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)phoned Fiuran with only expectations of a viewing for our dream home. Moving home was not our plan but when our dream came up we felt we had to at least make an inquiry. In no way did I expect we would eventually get to call our dream home - our actual home. I had no idea how the process worked about selling and buying a home, but Fiuran were so supportive, kind and understanding throughout the process. In addition to this their level of communication and professionalism was of the highest standard which again helped us massively. Fiuran were recommended to me by many people and they lived up to expectations and more. Forever grateful.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
