4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was supposed to view a rental property with clee llandovery on a Saturday, to be told that the viewing was no longer available....are clee just in it for the views?! To be let down last minute is disgusting no wonder these properties stay on the market for months on end..if only the owners knew!!

Every staff member were excellent and we cannot praise them enough. I will highly recommend this company.

Faye handled all of the viewings professionally and made everything run smoothly. Daisy and Ffion in the office were always very helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or updates. The whole team provided a professional and approachable service, and we would highly recommend JJ Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I’ve really enjoyed dealing with JJ Morris while looking for my new home, particularly with James and Lara from the Haverfordwest branch.<br><br>Having known and worked with both of them previously, I already knew how professional, knowledgeable and committed they are. It’s been lovely experiencing that from the other side now as a customer. They’ve both been really helpful, approachable and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property.<br><br>James and Lara are not only great at what they do, but genuinely lovely people to deal with too. They care. They’re a real credit to JJ Morris and a great asset to the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

17th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.

If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble. Couldn't recommend this agency more.
