17th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.

24th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We bought our property through JJ Morris nearly 6 years ago and we were so impressed with their professionalism that we didn't hesitate to sell through them when the time came.<br>We dealt mainly with John and Claire and both were found to be attentive, professional and knowledgeable at all times.<br>Our sale was a long drawn out process and all the staff at JJ Morris were amazing and supportive and successfully guided us all the way through the process.
28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

The whole team were helpful and easy to deal with, and communication was really good throughout. A special thanks to Rachel, who was brilliant — always approachable and quick to respond. 6th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.

I had moved overseas while this happened, and greatly relied on JJ Morris to keep the process moving along. I strongly recommend for in depth knowledge of the local area, and patience for following all necessary avenues.
30th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

I stayed in castle terrace. I Never met the landlord but they were brilliant with helping me with anything I needed via MS. The landlord had handymen on dial to fix any issue. Superb. Highly recommended this agency for anyone, especially professionals that want minimal grievance.
