17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.
8th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have recently gone through a rental process with Louise and her team, and can’t thank and praise them enough Through your the whole process they were so helpful, and the contact was excellent. I started my journey with Emma in the Ammanford office who was marvellous so helpful and very polite. I would recommend this company and give them a 10/10 for the service they deliver- 26th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)We sold our house in October with the team in Llandeilo and had a great experience. The whole team were helpful and easy to deal with, and communication was really good throughout. A special thanks to Rachel, who was brilliant — always approachable and quick to respond. 20th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Not impressed they put people working before people on benefits tell you if your on benefits you can't afford the property even though you will get housing benefit and iv noticed on quite a few reviews on here they blame the landlords for everything half the reviews on here are probably from people they know or friends with them im glad im not renting from them

All the team were great but a special mention for Nathan who went above and beyond for us. Any queries or information we needed was dealt with promptly and in a friendly and professional manner. We hope that we will continue our contact with Sally as we progress to purchase a home in Pembrokeshire. It was a stark contrast to some of the other local estate agents who when contacted were so inflexible and not very proactive.
30th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.
13th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)One of the best if not the best in town. I was renting a room for a professional. All my bills included in the price. If I ever had a issue and emailed, they always helped to fix the problem in good time and the one time I was caught slightly short on rent due to a stay in hospital they were very understanding and gave me no trouble.
