Aled, Joanne and all the team were excellent throughout the process giving constant updates and help at all stages of the sale. We highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again. 9th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

14th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

6th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Claire at PopularMove helped me buy my house and helped with my solicitor who was difficult to get in touch with. She was GREAT. Friendly, professional, and on the ball. On the day of completion she phoned to say we'd bought house and to give me key. An hour ( at least!) later my solicitor called to give me the good news. We were already saying bye & thanks to removal men. That summed up whole experience really. Everyone should buy their new house from PopularMove! Especially if Claire is agent. Thank you Claire.

31st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Best estate agent in Aberystwyth by a long shot, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Aberystwyth. Padarn property staff were always highly professional, but what set them apart from the rest of the estate agent I'd worked with in Aberystwyth when I'd previously rented as a student, was how they were just genuine, kind, really lovely people. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!
