Thank you, will use again if needed in the future.- 7th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

We bought our first house from Rob and the team when we met bed to the valley and each time we've dealt with them for subsequent properties they've been there to support us through the journey and even just for advice. This time has been nothing less than perfect

28th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.
8th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)The 5 stars I have given are for Nat Smithies and only Nat. He was always polite, friendly and efficient. The other staff were friendly and polite but the overall service (apart from Nat) was very poor; lack of communication, unproactive and obseen AML charges £118 for two people when it costs them a maximum of £5 per person! Thanks again Nat, you are the diamond in the rough!

30th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)I instructed Nev Lyons at Ewe Move to sell my house and would highly recommend him.<br><br>I met other local estate agents and felt I would be 1 of 100s of customers and they weren't really prepared to put much effort into selling my house at the best price. Nev stood out because he was enthusiastic and honest from the beginning.<br><br>He kept me up to date throughout and was never too busy to speak to me. I always spoke to Nev (rather than one of a team of people). I always felt that Nev was focused on achieving the best price from the buyer in the strongest position rather than encouraging us to accept low offers from weak buyers just to hit a sales target.<br><br>Nev's fees weren't any more than other local estate agents but I received brilliant personal service which I didn’t feel would necessarily be available from the traditional estate agents I met with.- 30th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Holly has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. 23rd Jul 2026 (5 days ago)From the first conversation, Claire was friendly, empathetic and completely solution orientated, and her communication was spot on throughout. Whenever she said she would get back to us, she did, and on the rare occasion she could not, she let us know straight away rather than leaving us wondering.<br><br>Her valuation held up, and the house sold within four days of going live. When a small issue arose with the buyer later in the process, Claire handled it calmly and kept everything moving, and the whole sale felt smooth from listing to completion.<br><br>What sets Claire apart is that it never feels like dealing with a big agency. It is a genuine one to one relationship, a personal service where she knows your house, knows the market, and treats your sale as if it were her own. Her assistant Hannah was equally friendly and helpful.<br><br>My wife and I would highly recommend Claire to anybody thinking of selling or buying, and should we ever be on the market again, she would be the very first person we contact. A consummate professional.

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.

Compared to previous agencies I have rented with, the team has been so friendly, approachable, professional and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful process feel really easy. The team have always been quick to respond to emails and had good communication. Jason, the owner, took time to show me around the property on the move-in day including showing me where fire and carbon monoxide alarms are, explaining how to use the boiler and what to do if radiators are not working. I have not experienced this level of attention and care from previous agencies! I'm grateful for how smooth and positive my experience has been so far, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies Properties to anyone looking to rent/have their property managed. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel valued as a tenant!
25th Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish. Because it's her own business, she is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients and is always responsive and available when you need her - including out of hours.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ornella. Her professionalism, communication, and commitment made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
