23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)?????<br><br>I cannot thank Bramleys in Elland enough, particularly Jo, who was absolutely pivotal in the sale of our bungalow and helping us get through the move to our new one.<br><br>From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having Jo in our corner made such a difference. Her care, support and determination meant so much to us throughout the whole process.<br><br>When completion day arrived and problems arose elsewhere in the chain, Jo was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help keep everything moving, and I honestly don’t think we would have got it over the line without her.<br><br>Jo, thank you for everything you did for us. We are so grateful for the part you played in getting us into our new home. You are a real credit to Bramleys, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and the team at Elland.

9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We rented a house ?????? through Ritz Properties in 2016 and lived there for ten years. Bobby and his team have been very supportive throughout this time. Bobby has been very proactive in sending engineers and experts on our request to resolve any issues at the property as and when they arise. I really appreciate the fact that we had frequent visits from gas and electric engineers to carry out safety checks and this gave us reassurance that being tenants our safety is not compromised against any hazards. Our full deposit was refunded within hours on just one request. We had excellent experience with Ritz Properties. Thank you so much.

When you call the branch they answer, no answering machine and waiting all day to call you back, I would definitely recommend.

Vicki’s communication has been second to none, and she continues to provide support when needed even now the purchase is complete. I would not hesitate to recommend Dacres, if you are a buyer you will be very well looked after! 8th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)

24th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had an absolutely awful time attempting to get a flat with these agents. We had to constantly call and ask them to actually do the job they said they were going to. Only to then find out they'd given another applicant the property without even telling us because they had "better references". The issue being they never completed our references or actually looked at our documents?? No reason given by the agents of why they never completed our references, they honestly sounded like they couldn't be bothered. Wasted a week of our time when we need to be moving soon, will never be looking at a property through this estate agents ever again.
