Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I was very pleased with the service I received and how quick I received notification of the sale of the house maggs and Alan helped me every step of the sale never sold a house before so didenmt have a clue what to do so very much appreciated the help I received- 4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Needed to sell a property as an Executor to a will looked at a couple of estate agents but when speaking to CJ Hole found they were more in tune with the market and helped me through the process without being pushy would highly recomend if your looking for an Estate Agent without being pressured then use them

She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they explained things clearly without making the process feel complicated. Communication was straightforward, and the overall experience was pleasant. From the very beginning, he was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Buying a house can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times, but Tyler always made me feel reassured and supported throughout the process.<br><br>She was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. I really felt that he cared about helping me get into my new home, rather than it just being a job to him.<br><br>I’m really grateful for everything Tyler did to help make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. 13th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.

25th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)We recently completed the sale of our property through Goodman & Lilley in Shirehampton and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received.<br><br>Adam Lenik was our lead agent and was excellent throughout, but we also dealt with several other members of the team during the process, all of whom were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Communication was consistently good, and we always felt that everyone was working hard to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>Selling a property isn’t always straightforward, but Goodman & Lilley dealt with everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish. We particularly appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that we were kept informed throughout.<br><br>A big thank you to Adam and the whole team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Goodman & Lilley to anyone looking to sell their property.

16th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team.
