23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)The team at Boardwalk were really helpful and communication was easy. The photos of the house and advertising were amazing and they are known for this in Bristol. We had lots of viewings and the bookings were easy.

Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team.
