In a particularly challenging market, Adele Baker’s advice and professionalism throughout the process gave me a huge amount of comfort. This continued with the support provided by their sales progressor, Lucy Lingley-Stephens, who kept everything on track and was always available to help with updates to both my solicitor and I.- 12th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I put my house on the market late last year after a previous unsuccessful attempt to sell it. Tim was professional and understanding of my situation, listened to my views and only proceeded when I was ready. Had first viewings within days and offer made and accepted within 2 weeks. Lorraine who then took over did a fantastic job of leading me through the administration of selling, very knowledgeable and also calming when it all felt stressful (which selling a house is!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJ Hole.
20th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.
27th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)I wasn’t even going to bother leaving such a weak establishment a review but further communication with this company has led me to believe I should warn anyone who tries to get involved with this company. Do NOT ever get involved with these incompetent fools, especially the so called ‘property manager’ Riley who is constantly ‘on leave’ and never in the office no matter what time of day you call. When we did receive a reply, we were met with useless responses. One being advising us to put slug pellets on the floor despite us having a young child of whom slug pellets can be fatal to. This company is a disgrace, they choose to represent dishonest landlords who have no problem renting out a flat with a damp and slug infestation problem. We had no hot water for two weeks, a faulty rotting front door that couldn’t be opened on multiple occasions, insufficient waste disposal systems where the landlord didn’t want to pay £25 for a new bin despite rubbish consistently being cast out onto the pavement. We had to threaten to take legal action against the landlord and the estate agents, we were lucky to be able to get out of the tenancy but had to pay £950 for relisting fees! The property was then relet within the week still having the slug and damp problem and they decided to up the rent even higher despite Allen & Harris having all of this information. They are failing their duty of care and obligations. A total shambles of a company with employees lacking brain cells and MORALS. Nearly a year after I have moved out of this property, I have received an email stating how they have received complaints about bin storage and waste being on the street. The same problem we told Allen and Harris about a year ago, that surprise is happening to another tenant. She states in the email how our tenancy will be reviewed etc despite us no longer living there, what a joke of a company who don’t even know who is living where. They represent stingey landlords and are a completely useless agency. Pictures attached to show what a travesty this company are and the reality behind the listings. For a company that is operating within an expensive area, you would expect the service to be on par, perhaps you need to move your base to Easton. Last photo is of the same waste issue happening to a different tenant.

Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.- 17th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I sold my house through Connells and had a fabulous experience, in particular Tyler. She went above and beyond with all elements from offer to completion. Can’t recommend her enough!! No question went unanswered and communication was faultless. Would definitely go through Tyler again and recommend her services, very professional.

16th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Helpful and readily available to communicate by email, online platform is useful for overview of viewings / selling process. Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)

8th May 2021 (5 years ago)Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell! Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews. Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed. You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service! We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money. We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out. Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.

Had such a positive attitude consistently and was always willing to listen to what I liked and didn’t about a property. Tabby also communicated perfectly the situations of the sellers and we could not have asked for a better experience with our first few viewings ever.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them.
