She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they explained things clearly without making the process feel complicated. Communication was straightforward, and the overall experience was pleasant. From the very beginning, he was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Buying a house can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times, but Tyler always made me feel reassured and supported throughout the process.<br><br>She was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. I really felt that he cared about helping me get into my new home, rather than it just being a job to him.<br><br>I’m really grateful for everything Tyler did to help make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. 13th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.
25th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

Communication was consistently good, and we always felt that everyone was working hard to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>Selling a property isn’t always straightforward, but Goodman & Lilley dealt with everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish. We particularly appreciated their proactive approach and the fact that we were kept informed throughout.<br><br>A big thank you to Adam and the whole team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Goodman & Lilley to anyone looking to sell their property.

However, a genuine home buyer would NEVER try to renegotiate their formal offer based on cosmetic concerns. " This is exactly what they did so this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!

From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team.
