9th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

The customer service that we received from all members of the team was second to none and very professional. Ella went above and beyond all expectations to ensure the purchase and that the onward chain remained on course. A huge thank you to Ella and the team for providing such an excellent service. Always there at the end of the phone, fast communication, reassuring and supportive. Ella worked efficiently and tirelessly to make sure our needs were met, we wouldn't hesitate to go to her again should we need her services. A big five stars from us!!

Mark was so patient, approachable, polite and professional during our viewings. Highly recommend the agency and also the beautiful homes. Bigger than your average new builds.
11th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)Waste of time miss sold auction as not explained then tell me it's the auction house not them but signed with them confusing and very arrogant I ended up doing the showing as they could not be bothered also waiting for showing did not tell me they had canceled and on way home as I'm awaiting for them to come had to phone office to see if it was still going on waste of time
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)I was looking to rent a flat in Weymouth as I will be moving there for a job opportunity and when l called Fox & Sons the letting agent Ms.Scarlet greatly helped me out. She assisted me in finding properties that suited my preferences and arranged a viewing for a few days later. Despite my sudden changes in plans, she continued to provide excellent, professional service and rearranged my viewing for another day that suited me. Also, when I met her for the viewing she was very friendly and provided me all the information I needed about the property. I look forward to discussing further and finding my ideal flat.

Very responsive to all queries and the few maintenance issues that inevitably came up were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Even the check out process was a breeze.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)I registered with Wilson Tominey as I was looking for a property to rent. The service I received from Richard the letting agent was excellent. I was in a position to move on this as quickly as possible and a viewing was arranged for me straight away. I am very excited to be moving in soon and the experience I had was excellent. Thank you again Wilson Tominey for helping me.
