9th Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

8th Sep 2024 (14 weeks ago)DOMVS in Dorchester have just helped us to complete on my Mum's retirement flat, a difficult niche property market. They were there for us through all the ups and the downs, such as when the original chain collapsed, with great professional advice and they helped us pick ourselves up again & achieve a successful sale. I would particularly like to thank Nicky and Marcus who have been particularly supportive and just all around brilliant! If you are thinking of selling your property, I cannot recommend DOMVS highly enough.

We have been delighted with the professionalism shown by Polly and team at the Weymouth branch will ultimately resulted in the sale of our property. From the very first interaction until the last we were impressed with the effort and commitment made to helping us throughout the process. Great to see technology being used to help e.g drone footage and overall would happily recommend to others. Thanks Polly John and Cher Bradshaw

18th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)We purchased our first home through Meyers in 2021 and received great service from everyone we came into contact with throughout the process, so when it came to listing our property for let it made sense for us to choose them again. We couldn't fault the service the provided. From initial discussions through to signing our side of the letting agreement, Alec was on hand to answer all our questions (and there were many!). He patiently provided us with all the information we needed, and was happy to revisit us in person when we asked him to. We also dealt with Flo who was fantastic at keeping us updated at all stages of finding tenants, organising viewings, having checks completed, and handing over the keys. She was professional, approachable, and friendly, and provided us with quick responses at every turn. Having the process be so straightforward and stress free was fantastic, especially as we are now non-UK resident landlords, we would highly recommend Meyers to anyone looking to let their property.

4th Dec 2024 (9 days ago)Although we didn't buy a property from Fox and Sons, we used their mortgage advisor, Anna, for our purchase. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Not only did she help us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, she also provided plenty of profound advice. She then went above and beyond liaising with and chasing solicitors throughout the whole process, helping to make things smoother and less stressful.- 25th Jan 2024 (10 mo. ago)Viewed properties on Markham and Curtis Fields. Mark was so patient, approachable, polite and professional during our viewings. Highly recommend the agency and also the beautiful homes. Bigger than your average new builds.

13th Nov 2024 (30 days ago)Disastrous. Worst experience ever! Unfortunately Martin's "manage" the tenanted flat above me where the bathroom was in a very bad state. In July I reported leaks into my bathroom and bedroom. Martin's sent a decorator to my flat who made a note of the redecoration which would be carried out when the leaks were solved. In September, when their bathroom floor was lifted, the leaks increased unbelievably, pouring water into my bedroom & bathroom, causing bedroom & bathroom ceiling repairs, bedroom redecoration, bathroom re-plastering, and re-tiling, etc. Upon being advised of the disastrously increased water leaks, Martin's (a five minute walk from the block) not only refused to view the damage, but suddenly changed their mind and advised that the water did not come from their flat above! Although obvious, a building surveyor has confirmed the route of the leak - and even advised that the water would have continued down into the flat below me - it has!

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Although we weren’t his clients, we still felt like he cared and would always endeavour to respond to any queries or concerns we had. Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
