5th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

5th Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)Not professional. Estate Agent comes across as very leary. As a women on my own this is very concerning. Will not tell you when signing up - if you have to withdraw for unforseen circumstances they will charge you a withdrawal fee. They should mention this when signing up- it should be made clear. A bad experience & appalling service

1st Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)Impressive shop window. Gerald is courteous and honest, but his staff need to pay more attention to enquiries if they're going to improve sales. Not the cheapest, and doesn't advertise on Rightmove.
7th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)JJMorris took over from another agent. From the outset we were listened to and received sound advice from the agents. Communication was excellent and the team immediately managed to secure a number of viewings for us. We were kept informed at all times. The service was excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Cardigan area.

23rd Aug 2024 (22 weeks ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting

They saw opportunities that other estate agents did not identify or focus on and achieved a faster sale and better overall outcome as a result. The market appraisal and sales measurement and photography visits were smooth and efficient. I felt confident that JJ Morris knew what they were doing and how they were going to approach the sale process. The photography and virtual tour gave a very fair and honest view of the property and I am extremely happy with the service provided by JJ Morris.

Hannah always greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness, nothing felt like it was too much trouble. I’m so thankful for how well we’ve been taken care of by Hannah, and by Shweley and Paul who guided us through the mortgage process and again, were super-responsive to all our queries, never making us feel like any question was silly. We’ve been made to feel completely safe in their hands, and I can’t recommend them enough. Hannah, you’re a diamond, thank you so much.

10th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)Jon Brambles have been excellent from the start. I'm selling my mother's house, who has recently died and they have been sensitive and understanding of the needs to complete the probate requirements. It sold the same day it came on the market.
