Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

We purchased through Kennedys, and at times when the sale seemed to stall, Nikki responded immediately, kept things moving efficiently, and consistently updated us, which really put our minds at ease. Adrian was fantastic during viewings—very helpful, approachable, and able to answer any questions we threw at him. Although we weren’t direct clients of Kennedys, I’m very glad our sellers chose them. They made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and we’re very grateful for their support.

The whole process felt very smooth from my side, which isn’t always the case when buying a house.<br><br>Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend Matt and Crabb Curtis.

Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.- 22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)A personalized experience and given the write advice and support for a quick sale.
