Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful. Thank you especially to Simon who was always willing to advise and update whenever I popped in or rang - and always with a smile. Also thanks to Nick. Genuine, hardworking and friendly. Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!

29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Don't waste your time. Dealing with Jack Tozer was absolutely waste of time for me. He promised to call, he didn't. I wanted to give an offer to a landlord. Jack even didn't listen to my offer (he never accepted any written application and he even didn't ask what was my offer) and said that the landlord chose someone else. This company didn't follow any procedure with me. Avoid or go there and be prepare to feel be discriminated etc. Also, Charlie Lickiss left here 5 stars review. Person with the same first name and surname works in this company...

The agents took good quality photographs which showed the best attributes of our property without going overboard and wrote a good description. We had a lot of viewings and always received feedback which was useful. Since the sale was agreed the agents have worked hard to keep all in the chain informed and chased information etc when required.

The expertise of the company excels all others that I have dealt with and throughout the dealings all the staff have had my interest at heart. 1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Jack is the best estate agent. We needed to sell and over a year we tried online agency. Plus 4 other local agents - each one on 4weeks with them setting price for quick sale. None of these were able to get a sale over the line. Jack is the only reason this sale was achieved. He found a buyer and kept in regular contact with all parties. There was no pressure to do anything. I wanted to sell, buyer wanted to buy; Jack is just an excellant facilitator.
