I especially appreciated their assistance with all the paperwork, emails, keys, and other important details. As I am not very familiar with using websites and online systems, I sometimes found the process a little difficult to manage on my own. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and guided me through everything step by step. She was always patient, kind, professional, and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do.<br>Sara was also very helpful and supportive with my case, although Paige was the person who guided me throughout most of the process. Both ladies were extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I needed assistance.<br>I am very grateful for all their help and support. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and kindness.<br>I would wholeheartedly recommend William H Brown. 22nd Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

23rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was kept fully updated at all times and was supported through the entire process both pre and after sales. When I come to sell my property, I won’t be looking elsewhere.
