I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Lorraine was amazing throughout the process, always following up and helping us get everything completed smoothly.<br><br>And a special mention to Carol, who was absolutely excellent at chasing all the solicitors and keeping everything moving when things could have easily stalled!<br><br>A genuinely great team who worked hard for us from start to finish. We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. ??????????

However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach. Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office. We purchased a house and sold a house through them on 2 separate occasions and our experience couldn’t have been better. Richard is one hell of a salesman, the receptionists are always on the ball whenever we phoned in and Fraser is an absolute saint. His work progressing the sale and purchase was constant; chasing solicitors, chasing buyers and always offering advice when needed. Would recommend massively.

However, We gave up looking after a year, only to suddenly find our dream house and needed to find a buyer super quick. Luke delivered and we had the right offer within the week, which allowed us to make an offer and buy our new home. Would highly recommend Parker’s.
