28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with this agency.<br>There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.<br><br>Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

They were professional, friendly and helpful all the way through and no matter how many times I called they were quick to respond. The level of communication could not have been better and they followed everything through at every stage. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent.
