From the valuation with Mark to completion the whole team were excellent but in particular Adele and Emma provided a very responsive and informative service. They worked well with our buyers and both solicitors to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. It was a long chain and they were well informed and really helped moved the sale along. I also bought my next property with them and again received excellent service. 29th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I contacted David Hill to enquire about a quotation for a survey and to understand what his service included. Throughout our correspondence, I repeatedly asked a straightforward question about the cost of the survey. Rather than receiving a clear quotation, I was sent several very long emails that were difficult to follow and often did not answer my question directly.<br><br>Much of the correspondence focused on qualifications, court experience and a copy of his CV, rather than providing a direct answer to my request for a quotation.<br><br>As a prospective client, I made it clear that there was no urgency and that he could take whatever time he needed to prepare a quote. I also provided the information requested about the property. Despite this, the conversation became increasingly confrontational.<br><br>I was particularly disappointed by comments such as telling me to "educate yourself", suggesting that I was wasting his time, and eventually asking me never to contact him again. I found this surprising and unprofessional, especially as I was simply carrying out due diligence before committing to a significant purchase.<br><br>I cannot comment on the quality of his surveying work because I did not instruct him. However, based on my experience, I found the communication to be dismissive, unnecessarily confrontational, and lacking the professionalism I would expect when making an initial enquiry.

We were impressed throughout the process by their level of knowledge, kindness and professionalism. In all our years of buying and selling houses we have never received this level of support and outstanding service - prompt updates, considered advice, superb communication, all leading to a sale. 19th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)After five long months of stress, we finally moved out of our property on January 27th 2025.We had no help from Neil Wright whatsoever.We did all the negotiations with our buyer ourselves.Feedback on initial viewings was poor or none existent.Requests for telephone calls from them, were ignored, even after calling into the office.Neither our Solicitor or ourselves heard anything from them until two days before completion, which we had arranged ourselves.Extremely poor service and I am sorry to have to say, we would not recommend this estate agent.

Everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to others and I just wanted to say a huge thanks for being so fantastic at what can be quite a stressful and demanding time of trying to move house.

We sold our property within days of the property going live and this was certainly helped by the property description and the 360 degree virtual reality tour. Andrew is highly professional and knowledgeable, plus he is supported by an expert team.
20th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)After being with James pye for 1 and half years and now leaving the property I thought it would be an easy process. Paul was rude when doing the check out process apparently he was too poorly to deal with this and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m not the only tenant that has said this about Paul he’s very hot and cold. They will do anything to not give you your bond back.
