Horrendous. Lied, never answered calls or emails, total lack of communication. Initial photos dreadful only 10 provided upped to 19 after complaints. Wasted 22 weeks of sales time with no viable viewings.

So twice this week I received calls from their office where someone has rang me, then hung up. I called the office and spoke to hakeen? Raheem? Asked why am I being called and I want to be removed from the database, he asked my name abruptly and I said, Naomi then he asked for surname and I paused and said oh it might be my maiden name or new name, can I give you some other details. He then rudely says he will make sure they don’t call Naomi. I was like ?? How will you know it’s not me they’re calling, I’ll give you my surnames you can check both? He then said I’ll make sure they don’t call and hung up.
Pretty sure their are some strict rules about marketing and people asking for their details to be removed so will be researching this. Glad I never gave them my business... Read more

My question is, does this company take any notice of the terrible reviews they have on a regular basis throughout the UK.
As a retired Sales Directir within customer service the most important thing in any business is customer service/satisfaction.
Its does seem this agent is not interested in improving its service.
My issues are far to long to list, all I will say is when you are waiting on exchange and completion on a house move it is one the most stressful things we do in life, when your agent fails to communicate with you and with they clients to resolve issues and it take 5 working days with no feedback this is unacceptable come on W H Briwne management wake up and act.
