Following recent completion on a property, I have to write to commend the level of service provided to us by Claire Dack at Bairstow Eves. Quite often these reviews are about companies, but companies are built on the people that work for them and represent them and Claire is a real asset to Bairstow Eves. From the moment we contacted regarding the property she has been extremely helpful taking us through the process. We had very regular contact and Claire provided us regular status updates, I feel she represented both the sellers and us the buyer very fairly which must be a very difficult thing to do. I really can't say enough about her professional manner and timeliness in returning calls etc and particularly chasing (a lot of it). All of this was achieved through Covid various periods where new working dynamics came into play and we managed everything without any face to face contact. Having continuity throughout the process was very important to us and over several months we built up quite some rapport, Claire was very personable, friendly and encouraging, I genuinely think the purchase would not have gone through without her. We purchased our new home through Bairstow Eaves and dealt with Claire throughout.
They say moving house is one of the most stressful things to do, and certainly under the current circumstances the stress levels would only increase, but dealing with Claire was an absolute pleasure and she made the whole process totally painless, actually enjoyable!
As buyers, we had some issues and delays from our end, but Claire was continually liaising with the vendor and ourselves to keep all parties informed and happy, ensuring the purchase all came together and ran so smoothly which is amazing when you throw in the issues we faced along the way.
We have come out of this process with positive relationships with the vendor, the agents and the solicitors, and with a very positive outlook on the whole process, which I think can be quite unusual when moving house, and this is certainly all thanks to Claire.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Claire and the team at Bairstow Eaves.

unlike my last agent bairstow eves look after me keep me informed of any changes no matter how little it was claire was always on the ball i would go as far in saying a star in the making we had issues with the lawyers they use but its nice to know that your agent is just not there to sell your house they were there to sort them out as well together we worked as well given the facts of covid 19 with us as well but we still got there and many thanks to all the staff at bramcote lane branch a special thanks has to go to claire for putting up with me whilst under pressure i can't thank her enough any body s to who is looking in putting there house on the market i would say please go and ask for claire as to were she will go that extra mile to sort matters out can't thank the team there enough well done and keep the good work up

Had a good experience overall with Bairstow Eves Wollaton.
There was a slight glitch at the beginning with Alan (the manager); probably due to a misunderstanding. He did all he could to correct the situation.
The office staff were brilliant and very helpful in following up to provide answers to queries. Natalie, Pat and Claire were all a pleasure to deal with, and very professional in all matters.
The only area for improvement would be to have a more proactive approach in terms of keeping the customer up to date at all stages.

Bairstow Eves went far above and beyond what I would expect of an estate agent. They were efficient, informative and pro-active throughout.
As I was moving into the area to take up a new job I needed the purchase to progress as quickly as possible. When a couple of issues came up with the property I was buying, the agent at Bairstow Eves took it upon herself not only to chase them up, but to subsequently help the sellers rectify the issues (as the sellers were less able to arrange things themselves). Without her personal assistance, I suspect the purchase would have been delayed by several more weeks at least.

Renting through bairstow eves, they are only ever interested when your paying the rent but when jobs need doing to the property their rude and not interested.... I have never felt so uncomfortable ringing up about a problem. I just had a baby and it was freezing out and I wanted to know my house was going to be warm enough for my little one and the response is shocking, we had to wait weeks for them to sort the issue after getting in touch with the council. Never use these again

When I recently bought my house in Bramcote, it was on the market with Bairstowe Eves. When dealing with staff they were always friendly and helpful. As with many house moves, there were hitches along the way (on our side), and the staff were very accommodating with changes and were very good at giving updates.
Initially, I found having multiple offices a bit confusing as though they could see all the properties appointments had to be made with different offices for different properties. Aside from this a very good estate agent from my perspective as a buyer
