We've been looking to rent in Beeston for 2 months now and were really struggling until we came into Bairstow Eves. Jayne was absolutely amazing and we managed to find a property that fitted what we were looking for. We viewed it and applied that day. She's been so helpful during our application process and on the lead up to us moving in, plus she's just a lovely and bright person who has made the whole process really easy and dare I say, enjoyable!

I recently bought a house sold through Bairstow Eves.
The good: the team were happy to pass on all questions from me or the seller, even when they thought they were odd questions. This improved communication. The team were polite and friendly, and kept the sale progressing. They chased both me and the seller, which was really helpful when some paperwork got held up. I appreciated their knowledge of the process, and their understanding of the local market. And I love my new house.
The not so good: The first viewing I booked, I was emailed a different time to the one the team had written down, and it was very politely said that this was my fault. However, they did book me onto the next viewing. It feels like the team is quite stretched at times and could do with more people. There was quite a hard sell approach to viewings, and I felt pressurised at times to view properties I wasn't interested in.
Summary: If I was buying again, I would feel quite positive about buying a house sold through this office.

Great service, been on with another agent for quite awhile no sale, but Bairstow eves came along and did exactly what they would do and got the house sold in a short space of time, I would recommend there services.
