The team at Bairstow Eves were incredibly helpful with helping myself and my former partner sell our jointly owned property. After a slow start with viewings once they were informed of the difficulties faced with the house they were incredibly accommodating of the difficult circumstances and were keen to help at every stage throughout. Understandably things became difficult when coronavirus hit and lockdown began, but as soon as staff returned from furlough they were relentless in ensuring our sale was completed. Dee Lake and Gemma Case in particular provided fantastic support, especially towards the last few weeks as we were nearing completion.

I was recommend by a friend to use Bairstow Eves to sell my house in order to complete our for buying a bigger house. At the start I was anxious that the house I am buying cannot go through as I need to sell my house quickly and also raise money. However, Andy, Jade and the in-house mortgage advisor made it possible to achieve our life milestone and we managed to sell our house quickly. It was fantastic to see how Andy and his team managed to sell my house for £15,000 more than what I was offered through another local agent, where initially we advertised the house but due to their disappointing service we came to Bairstow Eves. I was offered a fantastic service from everyone. It was a pleasure dealing with this agent as they kept me informed and most importantly they took care of my transactions in a very professional manner and all elements of the transaction were 'just fantastic'.

Their communication, dealing, honestly and service really made a difference to our life as we have moved into our dream house and we sold our house for a far better price than what we were about to agree with the previous agent.
