Beercocks , Newlands branch did all the marketing material very professionally and received an offer we were happy with within one week of going up for sale.
The paperwork done at the beginning of the process was a bit of a faff but from there on this meant we had little else to do.
Thank you to all the Beercocks team but particularly Grace, Georgia and Reanna.
The sale did take longer than expected from then due to buyers delays and had it not been for the efforts of Elaine in the sales progression dept we would have pulled out. Her regular communication with us and the buyers side got the deal completed . Thank you
