Having lost my Dad, I had to sell his house but I have never sold or bought a property before,so had no clue what it involved.
Having had meetings with a few agents, I chose G.P as Debbie was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable & extremely understanding of my situation.
We accepted an offer within 2 weeks.
Then I was introduced to Melanie who deals with the sale.
Melanie is also amazing, kept me in the loop & explained everything.
Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how small my query or concern, & at times she kept me going & cheered me up when i was struggling emotionally.
Both ladies have been amazing & I can't thank them enough for everything. The whole process has been made so easy, despite problems with solicitors on both sides.
Highly recommend G.P to anyone

A great service from start to finish from Debbie and the Team in Camberley. Excellent initial contact, Valuation, Marketing and Viewings. Great communication throughout. A particular mention to Josh Jones who is a fantastic Sales Negotiator. He is why we chose GP when initially viewing a house, and is a credit to the industry. We were evicted from our home thanks to the failure of communication from Gascoigne-Pees with our landlord. Fifteen years of renting, this is the worst estate agent I came across with. Rather than keeping people in their homes, they get you evicted because they don't do their jobs properly. Avoid.

We were really pleased with our experience with the Camberley Team, especially Samantha Pryce. From the moment we enquired about the house to the move in day, she has made the process simple and stress-free. I would like to specifically thank Samantha for being amazing at her job, she really sold us the property we’ve just moved into, she’s not only found us an amazing place she made sure to help us guarantee the place. My parents first language isn’t English meaning that it can be a bit harder to understand although she didn’t let that interfere the process and allowed us an easy getting everything sorted. I’d like to also mention Travis who was also great and welcoming every time we come to the shop and specially for welcoming us with a big smile, polite manners and great attitude when handing the keys over.

Purchased a house recently in the area and the seller was using Gascoigne Pees Camberley branch. We found them to be extremely professional and supportive to us as buyers. Always willing to sort things out and help us. Made our experience easier and less stressful. All the agents we interacted with were friendly, thorough, polite and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Gascoigne-Pees time and again to anyone. Melanie and Debbie especially were a joy to work with in buying our new home; they are the consummate professionals and have to be some of the best in this business. Melanie (Sales Progressor) followed up regularly with relevant parties when the purchase hit a snag due to unforeseen circumstances and promptly updated us. Thank you Mel for being instrumental in the process and helping us to successfully complete - all within a reasonable time frame. This company has the interests of all parties - not just vendor's but buyers also - at heart. We are really pleased with the service that we were given. Samantha Pryce was the agent that got me onboard for my rent property. She did a great job in getting all required tasks done timely. She was always available for any queries that I had. She went to great lenghts in getting me the best deal with the landlord. I would highly recommend her as your property agent. In the future I will be referring my friends and family to her.
