Absolutely amazing, so easy, so quick, and Emma was there for me every step of the way no matter how stupid my questions were she was always at the end of the phone or an email to set my mind at rest. I really couldn’t speak highly enough of my experience which is rare these days. Having used Connells since my wife & myself got our mortgage together we've always had a good service . Our first mortgage advisor left who was good & then the one after not so great but when we moved house we found Emma at the Romsey branch & she has been excellent .
Informative & helpful .
I really do hope to use her services again for future purchases.

I did not feel Connells were engaged with the whole process. It felt like they were only interested in having the property price greatly reduced to enable a quick sale, and they would not have to put in any extra work. I was not sure what other work/plans were going on behind the scenes as there was very little communication regarding this. Just very disappointed as they promoted themselves the best of 3 estate agents that valued the property.

Emma and the whole sales team were great throughout. They advertised our house extensively and had it sold in one open day.
Always available to help with any questions and Emma processed our mortgage and paperwork very quickly.
The whole process was very smooth, will definitely use them again.

Appalling service from the manager. Very quickly turned from being friendly to being rude once informed that I no longer require their service. Would not recommend this agency. I dealt with another fella called Will for a short period. He was great. I would suggest paying attention to all the reviews below and not just the top view ones.
