Allan Carr - Salvaged a deal which was hanging in the balance with another local branch, the deal initiated by Abbi Minot who unfortunately was poached my transaction was hanging on by a thread, due to a tricky vendor scenario. I have recently sold and bought another house through Connells and could not rate them highly enough. They were exceptional! Justin Walters and his professional team, gave me outstanding service from the moment I made contact. Justin made himself available even out of working hours and, in spite of a few hic-cups, if it wasn't for his expertise and experience, I doubt I'd have met with the same success. I found some of the staff quite difficult to deal with, often unresponsive and very poor at the art of producing particulars, uncommunicative about the 6month contract (READ THE SMALLPRINT!) and I deliberately awaited the end of that contract to leave and have begun the process again with another agent, even though it means paying the initial fees again. ... Rhiana who is part of the sales team was especially helpful and gave regular feedback and updates on where we were at with the sale.
