Despite my busy schedules Lauren at Connells made our journey to transition to our new beautiful home so stress free for us From filling the so many forms Documents upload,support on downloads ,prints , searches and several aspects of the application through to searching for our ideal home . And me being even a very fussy person - I just what what I want - she found a really lovely lead - and now we staying in our new beautiful 5 bedroom home. Connells not only found us a new home to buy ,they gave us so many options and we were spoilt with choices . The service was just too good ,the value was well Worth it . Kelly was fantastic throughout my move and the transaction of the property. Throughout the process Kelly was brilliant, and went above and beyond to organise and sort everything help me move into my current property (even organising a key collection from her home, which allowed me to collect the key more effectively). Been looking for ages for a lovely house like that one which came on market Friday evening... I called agency Saturday morning (just when they opened) and was surprised when agent said there was 5 people already booked and viewing the property as we spoke??
Mitch the agent took all my details and booked me mid of the day for viewing. I was about to leave when Mitch phoned and cancelled my viewing explaining that he thinks the house needs major repairs and is not in state for renting out !!!! He promised he will get in touch when things will get sorted.
I waited over the weekend and when I checked my emails Monday evening I found out the house was LET AGREED??!!!!!
I asked myself how? And when ?
I tried to call Mitch several times to get some informations , no luck ....

I'm very disappointed with the service I got , I dont like to be lied to , noone likes.
Mitch is definitely the last person I would like to deal with in a future!!! This person brings bad reputation to all the Connells Estates! Shame on you ????
