From the beginning of our house being listed with Connells their professionalism shone through. Every care was taken with marketing the house online, the end product looked very impressive.
At each stage John Bell, Charlie Twiddy and the team showed every kindness and worked to obtain a successful sale. John went the extra mile so that we could achieve our relocation to be with family. I recommended a friend to use Connells and she has successfully sold her property.

I must’ve had 20 telephone calls from different members of staff at Connells Luton office over a two month period despite being on the market with another agent and despite me asking them not to call after the first few phone calls. Each time it was clear that they hadn’t updated their system, checked Rightmove or communicated with other members of staff. If they had done they would’ve known that a) I had a 3 month contract with another agent b) that they property was already under offer and c) that someone from their office had already called me that week. It all came across as very unprofessional and disorganised. Reputationally it’s very damaging and I would not consider using Connells now for a future house sale. I’m only leaving this review as I have just received yet another phone call from them - the last being yesterday!, in which I made it very clear that I was unhappy with the number of calls. Hopefully this will make them take me seriously. Connells - please stop calling me!

As my house was already unoccupied I opted for a modern auction to sell the property quickly. I had to lower the price the estate agent had suggested I may get, but in the knowledge that I would have no estate agent fees and the transaction would be reasonably fast. Apart from several lengthy forms to complete at the start of the process, very little input was required from me. The estate agent put me in contact with the auction team and then the conveyance team. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend using the auction process as in my case just selling and not having to worry about buying.

The sale of our house exceeded our expectations. We met with several estate agents before choosing Connells. James was very professional in giving his valuation and explaining it. This along with his knowledge of the area and the market was what made us choose Connells.
This professionalism was demonstrated by the rest of the team that we dealt with in the Connells North Luton branch, Kishan, John and Jordan.
They supported us throughout the whole process, briefing us on viewings and proactively chasing for completion. Additionally the Connells' portal for uploading documents and tracking progress with Shoosmiths, the solicitors they recommended, simplified the process. Over the moon with the first class service provided by the Luton North Connels team. Who have been extremely responsive to calls/texts/emails, supportive throughout the process , very knowledgeable on the market/selling process and not at all pushy. James has been our main contact throughout the process and he has held our hand every step of the way making us feel very well looked after. Kishan was the agent who physically showed people round the house and managed to use his contact list to sell the house in 24 hours before it even hit the market and secured an incredible price for our house! WOW! He led and managed all viewings ( rather then leaving it to us ), arrived promptly and was extremely professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for our next sale . Despite my busy schedules Lauren at Connells made our journey to transition to our new beautiful home so stress free for us From filling the so many forms Documents upload,support on downloads ,prints , searches and several aspects of the application through to searching for our ideal home . And me being even a very fussy person - I just what what I want - she found a really lovely lead - and now we staying in our new beautiful 5 bedroom home. Lauren assisted us with obtaining and implementing our mortgage. She dealt with the mortgage application from start to finish and was always on hand to push things through quickly and assist where needed (even the queries outside of the mortgage application). More importantly, she listened to our requirements as well as suggesting factors we'd not considered, and kept us informed throughout the application process all the way through to completion. Her knowledge of the different providers and their internal systems was beyond invaluable to us getting the right provider. Mortgage approved within days! Amazing!! Words Fail Me. Had to do most of the viewings myself as they said they had no staff. I believe going to a competent agent would have helped sell much faster. They price high to get you on board then after a short period of time start getting you to drop the price. And yes most likely you will still be doing the viewings and Connels will take the full payment for doing nothing. We were not an isolated case as this has happened to many others as we found out after the experience. Choose your Agent carefully. Just telling the truth

A mixed review for Connells Luton North. At times the team were brilliant, on the ball and persistent. At other times we felt the lack of communication and transparency wasn’t always evident. The sale eventually got through we feel mainly due to Brigid who is very straight forward with her approach.
We felt as they needed to juggle things with other processes and not having enough people in branch to answer questions instantly took away from our experience. At the end of the day they did get the job done. As stressful as it did get the team fought on are behalf and we are thankful.
