We recently purchased a property advertised by Gibbs Gillespie, and we had such a positive experience with all of the staff at this branch (thanks Matt, Taia + others!) In the past, we've had a poor experience as buyers with other agencies, but the staff here seem to do their absolute best to make the experience as smooth as possible. E.g. moving around viewings to accommodate busy schedules, tailored property suggestions for your search, and always finding time to speak on the phone/give a call back. We mostly dealt with Matt, the agent for the property we purchased, who was brilliant. We really appreciated Matt's support throughout the process (particularly as nervous first-time buyers with little experience!) He was always prompt, polite, honest, and helpful with all his replies to our questions. (Hopefully we did not bug you too much, Matt!) Thank you once again for your help!... Read more
