Particular praise to Ruby who always responded rapidly to emails and was pleasant cheerful and effective even in those stressful moments that always seem to accompany house buying! What a breath of fresh air! Stu & Ruby did us proud in concluding the sale of our equestrian property. Despite numerous hurdles, needless delays and general mosh pit antics from solicitors, they stuck to their guns and provided a truly valued client experience. Can't fault them, they went more than the extra mile on numerous occasions. Built a great working relationship and kept our spirits up even when we considered pulling the plug. After trying to sell our property through a well known local estate agent with no success and very little feed back, Hockeys of Ely popped a flyer through our door and after checking their reviews which were amazing, we arranged a visit for them to tell us what they could offer, We are so glad we made that appointment. Stuart arranged for a professional photographer to take photos of our home ( not taken on a mobile phone) the out come was amazing it showed our house off perfectly for prospective buyers.
We were then given regular updated via the app Hockeys provide, and regular contact weekly from Stuart. He went above and beyond to find us our buyers, once sold which was within six weeks it didn’t stop there he checked in with us regularly and chased the solicitors for both parties checking how we were progressing and held our hands the whole way through, we completed in 9 weeks, we then received a call congratulating us.
We can’t thank Stuart enough for all his help and if you are thinking of buying or selling call Stuart at Hockeys of Ely he really blows the competition out of the water.

It wasn't easy for us having not moved in 25 years but Stu took the pressure off and did our viewings, communicated with agents and solicitors in the chain also coordinated the exchange and completion dates, it made a stressful time a whole lot easier. We can't recommend Stu highly enough! After a disappointing experience with another estate agency — where communication was poor, service was lacking, and the photos of our property were subpar — we decided to switch to Stu, and it was the best decision we made.

We’ve exchanged today on our house sale. Stuart has been great, kept us in touch all the way along and been incredibly tenacious in getting the deal done.
