My journey start in the new year, we sold the house quickly which was fantastic. However the rollercoaster started which lead to our buyer pulling out 6 days before signing paper work. I wanted to pull our house of the market, however we decided to put the house back on the market. Thanks for the support from John Francis team we sold the house the same day. John Francis who gave us support they communicated us ensure we had all information at all times. They all went above and beyond. Big thanks to both Amber and Claire for what you did for us.

My journey<br>My journey start January 2026, I placed my home on the market with John Francis it sold quickly which we were over the moon, however the journey start to go up and down with different things and days before signing the family who were going to buy pulled it out. The way we felt was unbelievable. The team at John Francis were so supportive throughout the whole process we placed the house back on the market with them which they sold the following day, John Francis team are not just estate agents they really care and go over and above for there customers, Especially Amber big thank you

Disappointing and unreliable – severe lack of communication<br>We have had a shocking experience with John Francis Ammanford. The complete lack of basic communication and professionalism throughout our house hunt has been deeply frustrating.<br>Our negative experiences with this branch include:<br>Empty promises: After viewing and inquiring about several properties, we were repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.<br>Ignored questions: We asked questions for a seller following a viewing and were left completely in the dark with zero response.<br>Ignored offers: We submitted an offer on a property and received no follow-up whatsoever.<br>Zero notification of sales falling through: Most shockingly, after having an offer accepted on a house, the seller withdrew it from the market a few days later. John Francis never bothered to tell us. We only found out because we happened to notice the listing had been removed online.<br>When we called to ask what was going on, they admitted the sale was off and stated they hadn't notified us because they were "busy."<br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make. Excusing a complete failure to inform buyers that an accepted offer has fallen through simply because staff are "too busy" is unacceptable. We should have been notified before the property was removed online. I strongly advise prospective buyers and sellers to look elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, and reliable communication.

Purchased a property in Llandysul through JF Lampeter and they were excellent! I used their mortgage advisor and solicitors team and it made everything simple from start to finish. Will definitely be calling them up in the future when I need to sell!
