Excellent service from John francis, Sharlene has been very helpful emails & phone calls on a regular basis keeping me updated throughout the perches of my apartment in Saundersfoot .

Not very good at all I regret to say. A catalogue of failures that repeated over and over despite repeated apologies and assurances.
The final straw being an arranged viewing for 21st Dec that never ever existed.
This is just the latest in a series of failures on John Francis' part to fulfil their contractual obligations to effectively promote and sell the property.
Including but not limited to:-
1. Delays in putting the property on the market and erecting sign board (they'd ran out of signs!!!).
2. Not answering the phone or responding to messages left.
3. Not responding to e mails in a timely manner.
4. Not passing on details of offers made (a verbal offer not followed up in writing).
5. Not forwarding feedback after viewings.
6. Cancelling viewings due to staff availability issues (totally unacceptable).
7. Removing one of the joint vendors from the contacts list (nobody could account for who, why or when this happened).

Emily was everything we needed from an estate agent and more.
Her in depth knowledge of the property was impressive with back ground information that was key to our choice of purchase.
We moved from Kent to Milford haven with little to no knowledge of the local area.
Emily guided us for all the local amenities our family needed from colleges to employment near by.
making Milford haven our perfect choice to settle.
The sale was a challenging transition with the property vendor and our own sale.
Emily kept every process running with good communication and keeping us up to date.
Always remaining calm when ever problems arose.
The greatest challenge was moving our belongings in after exchange until we could eventually move in after completion.
Given the distance we had to move and small timeslot with which to move our belongings in.
Emily was on hand at every step, even providing access when on her annual leave.
Truly a credit to John Frances and our personal choice For if we or our friends or relatives need an estate agent.

Steff and the whole team were excellent and would highly recommend. With a complicated sale and a desired quick turnaround, the whole team went above and beyond to make the tight time line possible. Highly recommended using John Francis estate agents. Right from the start there was a fair valuation, honesty, advice given and of course, excellent photos. Unfortunately other agents will happily over value with a view to “ bringing it down “ down waste your time with these, head straight to Steff and the team.

Gave impression they had numerous contacts for my property, but heard little news and didn't seem productive in selling. Also left the door open, not unlocked but open - anything could've happened! Would not recommend.
