A First class introduction with 2 very efficient staff.
I received a very detailed information booklet, which no other company provided, explaining sales similar to my property within the area, complete with graphs to support the evidence.

We recently went through the process of renting a flat and had a fantastic experience with the estate agency, especially with Chané.<br><br>From the initial viewing right through to the end of the process, Chané was brilliant. A very positive experience selling my flat with King and Chasemore. I have a property that is rented through King and Chasemore, I have been dealing with Jen recently who has been helping during a vacant period where significant repairs and redecorations were required.<br><br>Jen has facilitated the works with reputable and affordable local contractors, helped with recovering the deposit and dealing the legal team, as well as keeping me updated throughout the process.<br><br>She has also re advertised and found new vetted tenants in a very short space of time.<br><br>I have found Jen to be friendly, very professional and helpful throughout.

The whole team in the Steyning branch were so friendly and professional.<br>They dealt with my sale competently and fast. I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.
