I had a very positive experience with King and Chasemore during my recent move.
Kirsty handled the process from viewing through to move-in and was excellent throughout - always clear, prompt, and professional. She was approachable both on the phone and in person, communicated everything clearly, and made what can be a stressful process during a busy professional period feel straightforward!
Clare was also involved in overseeing several aspects of arranging the tenancy; she was professional and clear in her communication, and very helpful in ensuring everything was completed properly ahead of the move.
Overall, the process was smooth and well-managed by the branch, and I appreciated the support provided during the transition.
